After an extended residency at the Lee Lockwood Library and Museum, the Stars Over Texas Jamboree makes its Hippodrome debut on Thursday night. Launched in 2010, monthly shows rotate between oldies, country, and gospel, providing entertainment for the whole family.
Friday night marks the return of Analog to Pinewood Public House, and the theme for this round of confessional storytelling is “We Will Not Go Back To Normal.” And in a move local craft beer and pizza lovers could not have imagined in their wildest dreams, Old Chicago has its grand reopening on Monday at Central Texas Marketplace.
In our recommended reads and podcasts section, check out a guide to Waco watering holes to help keep your whole family cool in the summer heat. Plus, now that bell peppers are coming into season, learn about their many uses and nutritional benefits.
