2024 Levitt AMP Waco Music Series, Texas Food Truck Showdown, and Waco Margarita Festival

The 2024 Levitt AMP Waco Music Series returns to Bridge Street Plaza in East Waco on Saturday at 5 pm. First up is reggae renaissance man Soulfiya, who brings infectious rhythms, conscious lyrics, and soulful melodies for a unique blend of reggae and vibrant Latin influences. Plus, DJ Sweetest T is back with her genre-bending mixes and immersive sounds that are guaranteed to keep you moving all night long.

Even better, each of these biweekly concerts is free!

The Texas Food Truck Showdown also returns on Saturday to Heritage Square in downtown Waco. Not only can you try food from 30+ food trucks from around the country, but there’s a full lineup of music including Suede, Zamora County Line, and student bands from McLennan Community College. Plus, with a vendor market, beer garden, and kids zone, it promises to provide fun for the whole family.

And on Sunday, the Waco Margarita Festival comes to the Backyard Bar Stage and Grill. Sponsored by Patrón Tequila, taste samples from 10 drink stations as local bars and restaurants battle to see who makes the best margarita in town. In addition, enjoy a live DJ, food trucks, and enter the giveaway for a trip to Mexico. That is to say, Sunday Funday is headed to a whole new level this week!
